OWNER
Rio Americano High School CTE building now houses spaces for Medical Careers, Wood Shop, Metal Shop and an Innovation Lab. This project consisted of the modernization of Building J (11,700 SF) to support Career Tech programs and the installation of a fire sprinkler system fed from a new fire line to Buildings J, I & H (total 28,000 SF). Existing and new utilities were provided and/or altered to support the program and its new and relocated equipment.
