Modernization and new construction of a charter school campus.
All mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded including fire protection, security, and technology to promote an advanced learning environment for all levels of education. By completely renovating 6 historic buildings and adding a new two-story modular building, construction successfully provided a total of 80,000 square feet of elite modern learning space to three different schools within the Tracy Learning Center charter. Complete with large sports fields and hard courts, a relocated playground apparatus, and two different parking lots, this learning development center now has age-appropriate features for each of the elementary, middle, and high school level students and staff, while still maintaining a unified architectural design.
